1. Our services

La Chona Movil LLC ("La Chona Movil", "we", "us") provides mobile food service, party equipment rentals, DJ and entertainment, and event planning services in Erie, PA and surrounding areas.

All services are subject to availability. Submitting a booking request through this website does not guarantee a reservation — a booking is only confirmed once we contact you and you accept a written quote.

2. Quotes and pricing

Prices shown in our catalog are estimates and may change based on event date, location, guest count, and specific requirements. The final price is the one stated in your written quote.

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

3. Deposits and payment

A deposit may be required to reserve your date. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be stated in your quote.

The remaining balance is due on or before the event date, as agreed in your quote. We will tell you which payment methods we accept when we confirm your booking.

4. Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or change your event, contact us as soon as possible by phone. Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations made close to the event date; the exact terms will be stated in your quote.

If we must cancel due to circumstances within our control, any deposit you paid will be refunded in full.

5. Rental equipment

Rental items (tables, chairs, tents, linens, and similar equipment) must be returned in the condition they were delivered. You are responsible for loss or damage beyond normal wear during your rental period.

Delivery, setup, and pickup details — including any fees — will be confirmed in your quote.

6. Food service

Please tell us about allergies or dietary restrictions when booking. While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Final guest counts for catering must be confirmed by the deadline stated in your quote.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining any permits, venue permissions, or licenses required for your event, unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.

You agree to provide accurate event information (date, time, location, guest count) and a safe, accessible setup area for our equipment and staff.

8. Liability

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, power outages, or road closures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to booking requests made after the update date.
